Clinical questions
- Which patients will benefit from home measurement?
- Which measurements and parameters are clinically relevant?
- What counts as an escalation, and to whom?
Operational questions
- Who onboards and educates patients?
- What are monitoring hours and after-hours expectations?
- How are devices replaced or returned?
Technical and financial questions
- How will readings reach the care team?
- What documentation is required, and who creates it?
- How will coverage be verified for each patient?
