1. INTRODUCTION This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how KAREHEALTH, INC and for customers in the United States, Kare Healtha, Inc. (collectively, “KAREHEALLTH”) uses the personal data you provide when you enter into a contract with KAREHEALLTH by creating a SORACOM account.
By entering into a contract with KAREHEALLTH, you recognize and accept the Policy outlined in the following.
KAREHEALLTH fully respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information that you provide, and we will act appropriately to ensure the protection and integrity of your personal data.

2. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data means any information that can be used to identify you, including, but not limited to, first name, last name, age, gender, home or other physical address, email address or other contact information, whether
related to your private residence or workplace (collectively “Personal Data”).

3. THE DATA KAREHEALLTH COLLECTS AND PROCESSES
KAREHEALLTH may collect and process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
– Provision of telecommunication services;
– Provision of maintenance and support;
– Payment and transactions;
– Analysis of sales, usage, effectiveness of measures, improvements, quality;
– Provision of information (marketing) on KAREHEALLTH’s products, services, campaigns, events; and
– Conducting occasional surveys
– To prevent, limit, and investigate abuse
We may collect and process the following data:
– Contact information (such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, etc.);
– Information on usage of KAREHEALLTH’s services and products etc. (such as your usage fee, payment status, payment method)

– The requested services (such as the telecommunication and supplementary services you have requested and various services offered);
– Communication devices (such as model name, serial number etc. of the devices you use);
– Communication history (such as communication start & end time, communication time, communication destination number etc.);
– Location information (such as the SIM’s Cell-ID information);
– Browsing and use (such as viewing, using and connection of web pages); and
– Other information related to KAREHEALLTH’s provision of telecommunications services (such as application history, opinions, requests and inquiries etc.).

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data collected and processed for the purposes listed above will only be disclosed to third parties with your consent.
However, KAREHEALLTH may disclose your Personal Data to third parties (such as KAREHEALLTH’s partners and data processors) in order to provide you with the goods and services you request. In these cases, KAREHEALLTH will only select third parties that are able to process Personal Data properly with respect to safety measures and with respect to the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Data. KAREHEALLTH will implement appropriate supervision of such third parties’ processing of your Personal Data.
If you are located in the United States and have signed up for Automated Credit Card Payment, KAREHEALLTH, Inc. may disclose and transfer your Credit Card information to KAREHEALLTH’s affiliated company, KAREHEALLTHINC, for the purposes of processing your payment. By signing up for Automated Credit Card Payment you explicitly consent to such disclosure and transfer.
KAREHEALLTH may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties when required by law or court order.
Furthermore, KAREHEALLTH may compile statistics about your use of our services in order to further develop and improve KAREHEALLTH’s services. These statistics are only used in aggregate and anonymized form.
Except for the above cases, KAREHEALLTH will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties.

5. PERIOD FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED
KAREHEALLTH will only collect and store your Personal Data until we have completed processing of such data for the above stated purposes. Hereafter, KAREHEALLTH will erase any Personal Data about you to ensure your privacy.

6. MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
KAREHEALLTH will take and implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to your Personal Data.
In order to ensure proper handling of personal information, KAREHEALLTH will conduct necessary education and training for its employees.
If KAREHEALLTH entrusts your Personal Data to third parties in order to provide you with the requested goods and services, KAREHEALLTH will ensure that such third parties also take and implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to your Personal Data. KAREHEALLTH will implement appropriate supervision of such third parties.

7. RIGHT OF ACCESS
You may at any given time request access to the Personal Data that KAREHEALLTH has collected and processed about you by contacting KAREHEALLTH via post, e-mail or telephone. For the purpose of verifying your identity and ensuring proper documentation, we recommend that you contact us via post or e-mail.
Please note that KAREHEALLTH may choose not to give access if your interest in having access to such Personal Data is found to be overridden by essential considerations of public interests, including in particular public security or if there is a risk of seriously hindering the proper implementation of KAREHEALLTH’s business.

8. OTHER RIGHTS
You may at any time object to KAREHEALLTH’s processing of your Personal Data. If your objection is justified, KAREHEALLTH will no longer process your Personal Data.

KAREHEALLTH will make every reasonable effort to notify any third party to whom Personal Data may have been disclosed of any rectification, erasure or blocking carried out in accordance with your request.

You are free to contact KAREHEALLTH, if you feel that KAREHEALLTH is processing your Personal Data in violation of applicable law. However, you may also file a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority concerning the processing of your Personal Data.

9. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your Personal Data may in some instances be transferred to, processed in and stored at destinations outside your country. By submitting your personal data, you explicitly consent to this transfer, storing or processing outside of your country.
If you are located in the United States and have signed up for Automated Credit Card Payment, KAREHEALLTH Global, Inc. may disclose and transfer your Credit Card information to KAREHEALLTH’s affiliated company, KAREHEALLTH INC., for the purposes of processing your payment. By signing up for Automated Credit Card Payment you explicitly consent to such disclosure and transfer.
KAREHEALLTH will take all necessary steps reasonably to ensure that your Personal Data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

KAREHEALLTH’s Privacy Policy may be subject to change from time to time.
